Neil A. Greene, M.D.
Dr. Greene received his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and completed his Residency at Lankenau Hospital, Philadelphia. He is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. In 1982 Dr. Greene established the first Infectious Disease Medical Practice in Lancaster County. He founded the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Lancaster General Hospital. He is on active staff at Lancaster General Hospital.
Joseph M. Kontra, M.D.
Dr. Kontra received his Medical Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA and completed his Internship Residency in Internal Medicine at the College of Virginia and the McGuire Veterans Hospital, Richmond, Virginia. He went on to complete fellowships in both Infectious Diseases and Microbiology at The University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Kontra is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. Dr. Kontra joined our practice in 1987. He is on active staff at Lancaster General Hospital. He serves as Director of the Microbiology Lab at the Lancaster General Hospital.
Deborah K. Riley, M.D.
Dr. Riley received her Medical Degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine, Columbus, Ohio and completed her Residency at the University of Utah Medical Center, Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Riley is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
Dr. Riley joined Infection Specialists of Lancaster, P.C. in 1996. She is a past President of the Lancaster General Hospital Medical Staff. She is on active staff at Lancaster General Hospital.
John M. Granger, M.D.
Dr. Granger received his Medical Degree from The Medical College of Ohio, Toledo, Ohio and completed his Residency at Christiana Care Internal Medicine Residency Program, Newark, Delaware. Dr. Granger is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. Dr. Granger joined Infection Specialists of Lancaster, P.C. in 2009. Dr. Granger is on active staff at Lancaster General Hospital.
Duane E. Furman, MPAS, PA-C
Duane Furman received his Bachelor of Science Degree from MCP-Hahnemann University, Philadelphia and received his Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies specializing in Infectious Diseases from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Furman joined Infection Specialists of Lancaster, P.C. in 2003.
